Job Description:
Call Board Operator coordinates with the designee of a call to facilitate order and security.
Responsibilities:
The Call Board Operator shall be on calls as required to verify callers and identify those not previously recognized.
1. Start the recording as directed and document information given on the calls.
2. Work closely with the Moderator to maintain order, security and keep the call on topic.
Duties:
Shall be on any call that requires a call board operator.
1. Use of mute button as needed to keep the call going smoothly.
2. Shall socialize with members before the call begins for the purpose of welcoming and should gently remind members to participate with decorum.
