Why the Republick?
Before the Declaration of Independence the “Law” Dictionary that was used at that time, was the 1755 Johnson’s Dictionary, the organic spelling of the word Republick spelled with a “ck” at the end.
It may be obvious to you that our Government does not do what the people want. There is a study that proves that we do not have a government of the people, much less by the people or for the people. We have a government of the special commercial interests, by and for the commercial interests. When this sinks in and you become aware of the totalitarian tiptoe, you can’t help but wonder what to do about it. Most of us become activists of some kind, but those of us who have seen our lifetime of activism amount to nearly nothing have decided to take the Declaration of Independence seriously and create a new nation that will succeed in implementing a Republick form of governance of the people, by the people, and for the people.
We have learned that the so called Government that currently exists is a deFacto government, not a lawful or deJure government. We refer to the existing system of government as the deFacto, just because it wields real power over us and is increasingly limiting our freedoms and lying about why. We have returned to the “Articles of Confederation and perpetual union”, and not the Constitution, because the Articles of Confederation is the basis for the original union of the colonies that created the Republick. The thirteen British Colonies won their independence from the King of England in the American Revolution united under the Articles of Confederation, and we are establishing what the founding fathers intended.
The three flags on the home page are used to represent the stages of the Republick. In the first stage, which is the Revolution, the flag that Betsy Ross made flew over the Revolutionary War. The next stage is represented by what we call the Peace Flag; it is the flag that was used in our early history as the flag of peace time. The next stage is represented by the gold fringed flag, which is flown in courts to indicate that the court is operating under the Uniform Commercial Code, or Maritime Law, which is what legitimizes banking and the control of the law & banking cartel over us. It is the law & banking cartel that makes the vast majority of us debt and wage slaves.
When you look for the evidence of this on Wikipedia, you will find the current official story, not the story that explains our actual experience. We look at our history and wonder what happened to a government of the people, by the people, and for the people. This is what motivates us to bring forward and sustain the united states of America Republick.
In the Republick, you will hear a lot about sovereignty. Definitions of sovereignty include “supreme power or authority,” “freedom from external control,” “not subject to the rule or control of another.” Sovereignty is the full right and power of a governing body over itself, without any interference from outside sources or bodies. In political theory, sovereignty is a substantive term designating supreme legitimate authority over some polity. In international law, sovereignty is the exercise of power by a state. De jure (according to rightful entitlement or claim; by right) sovereignty refers to the lawful right to do so. De facto (in fact, or in effect, whether by right or not) sovereignty refers to the factual ability to do so.
The united states of America Republick is made up of sovereigns governing ourselves with a de jure form of governance of the people, by the people, and for the people. Join us!
