HISTORY HOW AMERICANS GOT HERE
George Washington:
“Let us therefore animate and encourage each other, and show the whole world that a Freeman, contending for liberty on his own ground, is superior to any slavish mercenary on earth.”
To understand the Constitution of the United States one must understand events that happened before the Constitution of the United States was created. The attitude of the people. Hatred odd taxation was known by the well known Boston Tea Party. American’s paid far less taxes then the British Subjects but still despised taxation.
Then the Zenger publicist case. Zenger wrote a news piece on a politician’s not so moral behavior. The Politician sued for slander. Attorney Andrew Hamilton defended Zenger and won by encouraging the jury to defy the law and vote for truth. If the facts are true it cannot be slander. The jury brought back a verdict deciding both the facts and the law. Note trial by jury existed long before this and even practiced in America, but this sparked the jurors to nullifying. If jurors thought the king’s law was too harsh they would not approve the facts. Thereby, nullifying the case. Jurors were even put in prison for this action.
Third major difference was the people seen all men equal. No one had a special status to be exempt or better than another.
The Declaration of Independence for war named these the above as a major issue that called the King a tyrant over free people. This war was led by the Commander and Chief General George Washington to kiss his wife Martha goodbye and risk his inherited fortune to battle for 8 years to win the war. The victory created the United States of America A great country with a charter, Articles of Confederation and Northwest Ordinance that recognizes all men are created equal, trial by jury, and taxation is voluntary.
The word confederation means agreement by sovereigns or nations and thereby giving man authority by their blood. The treaty of Paris declared peace with the U.S.A. called Americans Citizens in Article 13. Citizens with authority to self-governance and all men created equal and treated equal. The government requested volunteers and man’s choice to answer the call. Most people recognize this as the Republic, but that is false.

What happened next that created the Constitution of the United States and many have stated that our forefathers were traitors. Only by lack of ignorance can one make that statement.
George Washington to The States, 8 June 1783 –
“At this Auspicious period the United States came into existence as a Nation, and if their Citizens should not be completely free & happy, the fault will be their own”
For those who say that the founding fathers sold out our liberty by creating the constitution has to answer why would George Washington as chief commander would sell out man’s liberty for a central government: the Constitution. Here is the reason.
Daniel Shay, a revolutionary general, under George Washington came home just west of Boston. Years away fighting for the above causes and self-governance. Shay, like many, lived off the land, without pay, while fighting for a cause and not a government.and were not paid for their service. Arriving home to find taxation robbing what little he had left and many others in the same situation. Total injustice that while he gave his life for 8 years others sought government safety and benefits that Shay was to pay for by taxation. He gather other like minded men and some already lost their land. A thousand men to fight, seized land already taken, closed courts to deny anymore seizures, forced the Massuchuetts governor to call up the militia. Many militia members left the governor and joined the Shay Rebellion. The governor then hired a private militia to subdue. Putting Shay and many others in the woods for several years.
General George Washington, respected,. saw the government did not have enough revenue to stay a domestic insurrection alone a foreign one. Seeing the war was not over in that men and government both were not reliable to have absolute control.
So the Constitution was created as a Repulick. Spelled that way at that time in history. Republick meaning a division of powers. Creating opposition to powers to find a balance.
This is seen not only in the three branches of government, but in authority of man and authority of government. Referenced in the following articles.
Article 6: states that previous engagements, meaning agreements, the compact documents of organic law: Declaration of Independence, Articles of Confederation, and Northwest Ordinance. This is man’s authority documents, recognized by the Constitution of the United States as law. Then it also recognized legislative law created
by Congress. With the compact agreements as valid as inherent rights from ones creator.
Article 1, Section 8, Clause 17: the United States has very limited area of absolute jurisdiction and the other geographical jurisdiction is left to the Americans’ right to choose government or self-governance.
Article 4, Section 4: The guarantee clause that the United States is to protect both jurisdictions as man chooses. With this opposition of self-governance and democracy, a balance will be found. Reagan said: the smaller the government the greater the liberty. Less one participates the smaller government becomes.
Article 2, Section 4: impeachment brings punishment on civil officers for not protecting one’s choice and many call jurisdiction.
“I hope we once again have reminded people that man is not free unless the government is limited. There’s a clear cause and effect here that is as neat and predictable as a law of physics: as the government expands, liberty contracts.” Ronald Reagan.
George Washington never forsake kissing Martha goodbye for a mission of the people being self-governing. Rather left the choice to the American people to volunteer, choose, and what often the courts refer to as consent. George Washington, not a dictator, left Americans with a free will to choose a government or self-governance. Knowing most people would seek safety till the tyranny becomes unbearable.
Charley believes in his liberty, America’s liberty, has long been denied and tyranny of endless wars for the war complex, taxation over 50%, then hidden taxation of inflation and deflation by central bank. Civil officers abuse by demanding one’s papers (drivers licenses) when one is just passing-by, or stopped for a break. Abuse because authority is about revenue and not protecting onesPROPERTY . Interfering in private contracts and denying the benefits of a trial by jury as defined in the Declaration of Independence. Government has become a busy body with mask mandates. Denying our forefathers respect to one’s Creator or created equal. Deny one’s worship and religion of Christianity and give blessings to the LGBT a religion, lifestyle, like all religions. Equality for both religious lifestyles brings liberty for all. Self-governance recognizes marriage as a contract and not a government sanction with rules and privileges.
Of course Charley is with George Washington and leaves the choice to American’s, but
that is false.
What happened next that created the Constitution of the United States and many have stated that our forefathers were traitors. Only by lack of ignorance can one make that statement.
